An Anki addon to edit fields of the note in batch. The original addon make field by config . With the support from AI, some codes are rewritten to realize the features below. Managing Note Fields New Button Added A new "Make Fields in Notes" button is now available beneath the Editor section in the Browser. Configure Desired Fields Click "Config" to define the fields you want in your note type. This uses the same configuration interface as the main add-on settings. Apply Field Changes Use "Create Fields" to update your note type in one of two ways: Append Mode : Adds any new fields (beyond the current count) to the end of the note type. Synchronize Mode : Fully aligns the note type’s fields with your configuration. How Synchronization Works Synchronization adjusts the note type based on the difference in field count between your configuration and the current note type: Existing fields are renamed in sequence to match the configured field names (e.g., the first field in the note becomes the first field in the config, and so on). If the config has more fields , the missing ones are added to the end. If the config has fewer fields , the excess fields in the note type are removed . This approach ensures minimal disruption while bringing your note structure into alignment with your desired configuration. Important: Backup First! ⚠️ Strongly recommended: Always back up your Anki collection before synchronizing fields. These changes are permanent and cannot be undone .
