Description

A lightweight Anki add-on that reminds you to re-optimize FSRS weights. Why? Optimizing FSRS too often is useless. A lot of people forget to optimize FSRS at all. This add-on enforces a doubling threshold—reminding you to optimize only when your review data has doubled (e.g., 1k, 2k, 4k, 8k reviews). Only runs once on startup. Uses a reminder instead of automation to avoid database conflicts. Supports a cutoff date to ignore legacy reviews. Configuration Edit config.json via Tools > Add-ons > Config : last_optimized_count : The review count at your last optimization. Set to 1000 by default - can be set to your total number of reviews so far. cutoff_date : YYYY-MM-DD format. Reviews before this date are ignored when counting reviews.
