AnkiSlots AnkiSlots rewards your reviews with virtual dollars that you can use to play games, collect patient statues, and join friendly leaderboard competition—all within Anki Desktop. Earn as you review Your answers determine your balance: Again: −$1 Hard: +$1 Good: +$2 Easy: +$3 Your balance appears in Anki’s top toolbar. Click it to open AnkiSlots. Your balance never falls below $0, and review Undos effect rewards earned. Three games, one balance Slots: Spin for payouts up to 200× your stake. Enter your own bet and use the optional Auto roll toggle for repeated spins. Blackjack: Hit, stand, or double down. Natural blackjack pays 3:2, and unfinished hands save automatically. Higher or Lower: Predict the next card’s rank. Each correct guess multiplies your cash-out value by 1.5. Equal cards push; an incorrect guess ends the run. Keep going or cash out. Build your patient collection Spend your earnings in the Patient workshop to assemble a medically themed statue from ten anatomical parts. Complete a patient to earn a permanent collectible, then work toward the next material: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and beyond. Follow your performance The performance tab tracks net gains and losses across all three games. View your latest bets, today’s activity, the past week or month, or your full history. Daily balance colors show whether you’re ahead, down, or even. Friendly competition [This feature is currently in a closed beta] Join the optional leaderboard to compare balances and completed patient trophies. Scores update periodically while Anki is open. Joining shares your username and score information; your cards, decks, and review history are not shared. You can leave the leaderboard at any time. AnkiSlots follows Anki’s light or dark theme and saves your progress locally. Your normal review scheduling and FSRS settings remain unchanged. All dollars are virtual.
