Description

Adds a small control to Anki's top toolbar (next to Decks / Add / Browse / Stats / Sync): a checkbox plus a "sync every N seconds" number field. When checked, it force-triggers a sync on a repeating timer β€” bypassing Anki's normal "only sync if something changed" behavior. Useful if you want near-real-time syncing across devices without waiting for Anki's usual triggers. Usage Check the box to enable periodic sync. Set the interval in seconds (default 120). Use the number field's up/down arrows to step by 15 seconds, or type a value directly. Minimum 15 seconds. Your enabled/interval settings persist across restarts. Note: Setting a very short interval means frequent sync requests to AnkiWeb's servers. Please be considerate of shared server load β€” a few minutes is plenty for most use cases; avoid running at the 15s floor continuously unless you have a real need for it.
