Description

Auto Image Fetcher: Instant Photos, Batch Download & Hotkeys (No API Key) Automatically find and add high-quality, contextual photos to your cards directly inside the editor or in bulk across entire decks. Zero API keys, tokens, or subscriptions required. Key Features No API Keys or Setup: Uses open search feeds (Bing Images & DuckDuckGo) with strict content filtering to fetch real-world photos of objects, people, and situations instead of logos, flags, or heraldry. Smart Vocabulary Context: Automatically strips leading articles ( der, die, das, the, a, an ), prioritizes translation values, and extracts situation hints from example sentences for abstract words. Interactive In-Editor Switching: Pulls candidate images on the fly. Cycle through candidates back and forth with hotkeys and instant live preview without browser caching glitches. Batch Processing: Select multiple cards in the Browser and automatically fetch/download matching images in the background with a progress bar. Custom Field Mapping: Works with any note type. Configure word, translation, example, and target image fields via a clean settings dialog.
