Quickly restarts Anki via menu button or Ctrl+Shift+R, waiting for complete shutdown, with settings for safe mode, paths, sync, and newer launcher support.
Provides an AI sidebar for reviewing Anki cards, supporting ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Grok, and image generation, with auto-send prompts and cookie-based logins.
Creates symbolic links or Windows junctions named after actual add-ons in a separate Anki2 folder, helping developers identify otherwise numeric add-on folders.
Automatically removes non-breaking spaces after adding cards and provides a Tools menu to purge them from all decks, with optional auto-run, shortcut, and regex settings.
Adds a ChatGPT, Google Bard, and Bing Chat sidebar for free AI-assisted Anki reviews with auto-sent prompts, but is broken and no longer updated.
Disables the startup dialog box that prompts users to update to the newest version of Anki, for those satisfied with their current version.

Youtube : FixerMed : Add a One-Click Quick Restart Button to Anki with AnkiRestart
This add-on is for quickly restarting Anki.<br>
Anki doesn't allow 2 Anki's to be started at the same time, so to restart Anki, you need to wait a little while until Anki is completely closed.<br> This add-on watches for Anki to be completely terminated and automatically restarts it, thus ensuring a reliable restart with one click.<br>
It can be used for add-ons that need to be restarted when settings are changed, or for developing add-ons.<br> When you press the restart button on the menu bar, it skips the sync, waits for Anki to close, and then runs a new Anki.<br> You can also use the shortcut keys to restart ( defaults to Ctrl+Shift+R).<br> Incidentally, the restart sound will be played.<br>
This add-on is separated from Anki in purpose of restarting Anki, so there is a high possibility of mis-detection by antivirus software. This problem is solvable, but requires $200+ per year (Code Signing), so I'm not considering it at now.
