Description

Most flashcard approaches to chess use one card per move, which can be tedious to build and fragmented to study. Flashcard Chess takes a different approach: one card holds an entire line . You paste a complete sequence of moves, and the add-on builds a card with an interactive board. After you play through the line, you rate yourself with Anki's Again / Hard / Good / Easy buttons. It even works on the AnkiMobile iOS app! Pair it with the companion site flashcardchess.net to browse community decks, share your own, and subscribe to decks that sync straight to the Anki app. Creator updates apply automatically on your next sync. ✨ Features One complete opening line per card, on an interactive board Integrated with Anki's spaced-repetition algorithm and grading: Again / Hard / Good / Easy Works on desktop and iOS Build your own cards via free-text , an editable board , or PGN import , using any starting position. PGNs with multiple variations (aka, several branches) seamlessly build multiple cards Free companion website for finding, sharing, and auto-syncing decks.
