🎰 Anki Royale — Casino Simulator Every card you answer pays you. Take the money to the tables, climb a worldwide seasonal ladder, buy a yacht, run your own casino — and try to keep your child fed while you do it. Anki Royale is a free, satirical study-gamification add-on. The "casino", "gambling" and currency themes are fictional in-app mechanics. All tokens and credits are earned only by studying, have no cash value, and cannot be bought, withdrawn, or exchanged for real money. There is no real-money gambling of any kind. ✨ What's new If you last saw Anki Royale as "a slot machine in a flashcard app", it has grown considerably: 🏆 The Royale Ladder — a worldwide, 28-day competitive season with chip-rank leagues, a Hall of Champions and permanently minted trophies. ⚔️ Challenges — race, sprint or grind head-to-head against other players for coin pots or for ladder prestige. 📌 THE WALL — a shared bulletin board. One slip a day from everyone on the ladder; your rank decides how big yours lands. 🎮 The Arcade — a season-exclusive cabinet that disappears at rollover and is replaced by an entirely different one. 🎨 Every game repainted — all 22 modes were redrawn and re-tuned, and the tables now have sound (with a master mute, because you are supposed to be studying). 🍼 A household instead of a chore — a real pantry, hired help and grocery deliveries replaced clicking "buy bread" every 200 cards. 📱 Mobile study finally counts — cards answered in AnkiMobile / AnkiDroid are reconciled after sync and paid exactly once. 📜 The loop Answer cards, get paid. Anki Royale rebuilds those reviews from the synced log after each sync — never double-counted, never dropped. 🏆 The Royale Ladder A worldwide leaderboard on a 28-day season , ranked by Prestige Points — earned purely by studying, never by gambling. PP: +1 per card for your first 400 each day, half rate to 1,000, quarter rate to 2,000. Unused allowance banks instead of evaporating overnight, so a bad week doesn't cost you the season. Keep all three child meters above 50 and every card pays ×1.25 . Leagues: WHITE → RED → GREEN → BLACK → PURPLE → GOLD → DIAMOND. A chip needs both a PP floor and a percentile among everyone ranked, so above BLACK it is earned against the field — and other players climbing can demote you. The Royale Plaque: the top five of the season, full stop. Hall of Champions: first place each season gets a unique procedural trophy, kept forever. The Vault: your season-end chip is minted permanently. Lifetime PP never resets. The Exchange: casino credits into prestige at 10 💵 → 1 PP, and your daily allowance equals the cards you actually answered (250 PP ceiling). Wealth helps; it cannot replace studying. Anonymous: no password, no e-mail, no account signup. Joining is one click and you can leave the same way. ⚔️ Challenges Pick an opponent off the board (or open a public lobby) and agree the terms: a race to a card count, a sprint over a fixed number of days, or a steady daily quota. Coins go into a pot for the winner. Prestige Points can also ride on a one-on-one duel — taken straight off the loser's ladder score, and only when both of you agreed the stake before the gun. 📌 THE WALL One slip a day from everyone on the ladder. Your rank buys size and position, never colour — #1 gets the marquee, everyone else gets a pin. It is the only place in the add-on where players talk to each other. 🎮 The Arcade One cabinet. It belongs to the current season, it is themed to it, and at rollover it is gone — replaced by something completely different that you have never seen.
