Adds cloze-style word hiding to Basic note types for multiple cards, requires desktop creation, and supports mobile review with a specific seven-field note.
Creates a note type for matching concepts to definitions, with shuffled definitions, numbered dropdown answers, and green/red answer highlighting after Show Answer.
Bundles optional plugins for auto-flip, typed grading, interval display, overdue protection, audio speed, AI note-filling, and word lookup.
Creates Anki image-occlusion cards that hide image regions and let users type answers for verification, with rectangle editing, hints, text-to-speech, and HTML game export.
Provides a configurable cloze note type that keeps related cards and information on one note, with flexible display, iteration, scrolling, and styling options.
Flips Anki decks by swapping card fronts and backs, maintains the flipped decks as originals change, and works with basic Front/Back note models and space-free deck names.
Simple anki plugin to not give away how a word starts when doing fill-in-the-gap cards. Shows "a(n)" in the front and "a" or "an" in the back.
A word of warning: setting this up assumes familiarity with Anki and web technologies.
When the setup is done (read below), you use the a(n) toolbar button to select
what you want to see in the back (e.g. a)

Then you can complete the card.

And enjoy the result:

For the plugin to work you need to adapt the note type you want to use for English clozes.
First, include this CSS by:
Go to the card browser and select one card of the note type you want to use
Click on Cards... > Styling
Add this:
.front-only {
display: show;
}
.answer .front-only {
display: none;
}
Then, you need to have the back template marked with class answer. To do so,
click in Back template and surround the content with:
<div class="answer">
... your template...
</div>
