Custom Session Filter Presets An Anki add-on for Anki 25.09.2 that adds a preset manager under the existing filtered deck search field at: Deck -> Custom Study -> Options -> Filter The add-on does not change Anki's search/filter behavior. It only adds a native Qt UI for saving, selecting, deleting, and reordering reusable search presets. Features Leaves Anki's existing Filter > Search field intact. Adds a scrollable preset list below that field. Shows preset name on the left and preset filter on the right. Uses native Qt item-view rendering with ellipsis for long text. Clicking a preset copies its filter into the existing search field. Supports + to create or overwrite a preset from the current search text. Supports - to delete the selected preset immediately. Supports internal drag-and-drop reordering. Persists preset order and values across restarts. Stores presets globally in add-on config, not per deck. Usage Open the filtered deck options dialog. Type or edit a search in Anki's existing Search field. Enter a preset name in the field under the preset list. Click + to save it. Click any preset row to copy its filter text back into the existing search field. Drag rows to reorder them. Click - to delete the selected preset. Persistence Presets are stored in this add-on's config and include: preset name preset filter text display order Empty preset names are ignored safely. Empty filter text is allowed and is saved as-is.
