Allows you to insert the IPA phonetic transcription of a word or a sentence into your notes by clicking on the music note button: At the moment the following languages are available: British English (eng_b) American English (eng_a) Russian (ru) German (ger) French (fr) Spanish (es) Polish (pl) Dutch (nl) SETUP Install the add-on in Anki. After that Go to Tools/Addons. Choose Anki IPA and click on "Config". Specify which fields the add-on should use. Restart Anki. ADDING IPA TRANSCRIPTIONS TO MULTIPLE CARDS AT ONCE It's now possible to add IPA transcriptions to multiple cards at once. Go to the Anki browser and select your Anki cards. Go to Edit/ Add IPA Choose the fields you want to use. The addon replaces the current content of the IPA transcription field, so be careful.
