Improved Readme for Anki Extension This readme describes a custom Anki card type that incorporates two key functionalities: Enhanced Cloze Display: Instead of the traditional bracketed ellipses (...) to indicate clozes, this card type utilizes a blurring effect to obscure the answer. This approach provides a cleaner aesthetic and avoids accidental answer revelation through the blur effect. Contextual Information: To aid in recalling the context of a question, the card type prominently displays the deck name at the top of each card. Visual Enhancements The card type employs a color-coding scheme to differentiate various text elements: A designated list of colors is applied to bold or strong text elements within the card. A separate color list is used for the deck name displayed at the top of the card. An additional color list is employed for the cloze elements. Hotkey for Hint Visibility The card type introduces a hotkey functionality to toggle the visibility of hints. This feature proves particularly useful for clozes employing the first letter of a word as the answer, as depicted in the following example: {{c1:Answer::A}} I like to use the first letter of the word for the clozed because there are cases when you need to remember the exact word and not an synonym By pressing the designated hotkey, users can temporarily reveal the hint to aid in recall without entirely exposing the answer. How to Use The extension itself does not come with any card types installed. To use this custom card type: Click on Tools . Find the Clzz option and select Create new Clzz card . You will be presented with a dialog box. Make any desired changes within the dialog box and click Apply at the bottom. Create a new card using the newly created Clzz card type. Example Card: The order of the planets in the solar system, starting nearest the sun and working outward is the following: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and then the possible Planet Nine.
