Description

This is based on this excellent addon. "SibPush: Delay New Sibling Cards in Anki" (https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/1021636467). I suspend cards in my language learning that are similar. For instance, in Portuguese, there are several words for taking a shower. I want flashcards that have all of them. So I want to see/hear the Portuguese and recognize the English. However, I will only say the Portuguese one way, so I suspend the English cards that link to the Portuguese cards saying it different. All of that to say that DerDemystifier's excellent add on doesn't work for me. In any case, this is a work in progress. use at your own risk. I used Google Gemini to make it. Basically, it buries the siblings of the new cards once a day after the first sync or loading of the app. It can also be done manually. Additionally, if I get a new card correct, I like a few days off from that note regardless of how long the interval is. So for instance, in some of my decks, the first interval is several months away. So I have a setting to push those siblings back a few days to spread them out more.
