A live preview shows every deck that will be created before you confirm.
Installation
Download the latest .ankiaddon from Releases and double-click it (or drag into Anki).
Requires Anki 2.1.55+.
Usage
Open via Tools → Advanced Deck Creator… or Ctrl+Shift+D, or click the + Advanced Deck Creator button in the Deck Browser.
