Description

Anki Dungeon: an Idle Rogue-Like RPG That Plays Itself as You Review. Every card you answer moves a fight forward. Your party of four (a Knight, a Rogue, a Mage and a Healer) battles through 8 dungeons on its own; each character acts after a set number of cards. Between fights, you make the important choices: power-ups, relics, companions, and whether to take on an elite before the boss. How it works Open the game from the "Anki Dungeon" link under your deck list. Start a run, then study as usual. Reviews on your phone or AnkiWeb count too: they play out the next time Anki syncs. After each fight, pick one of three power-ups: scrolls that raise a character's stats, relics with special effects, or companions. After each boss, visit the shop, and rearrange companions between characters. What's Inside 171 relics across 12 build paths, with lots of synergies between characters and companions. 16 companions, from a Lucky Cat that finds gold to an Elephant that stomps every enemy. 8 dungeon types, 16 bosses with their own rules, and elite enemies with random traits. Easy, Normal and Hard, plus modes that unlock as you earn stars: Marathon, Half Cash, Companionless, Enraged, Blind Draft, Ironman and Elite Only. Endless mode after a win, for runs that keep going. Important Info Your run is saved in your collection, so it syncs between computers. Backups are kept in the add-on's folder, and can be restored from Options. Options let you rename your party and choose what happens with reviews done elsewhere: pause at each choice, or let the game choose for you. No AI art was used. The art is by DeepDiveGameStudio, Free Game Assets, Kyrise and BDragon1727 (itch.io); full credits are under About in the game. Made by a bored medical student who wanted Anki to be a bit more fun.
