Description

Quick Highliter Quick Highliter lets you highlight text directly on the review screen without opening the editor. Features Select text on the question or answer side to open a compact color palette. Four customizable highlight colors. Highlights are saved permanently in the note field as standard HTML. Saved highlights remain visible after restarting Anki and sync with your collection. Eraser button for removing a highlight. Cmd+Z on macOS restores the most recent highlight change on the current note. Color setup window appears on first launch. Colors can be changed later from Tools β†’ Quick Highliter 색상 섀정… or the add-on configuration button. Usage Open a card in Review. Drag to select text on the question or answer. Click one of the four colors in the small palette. Use the eraser button to remove highlighting from the selected area. Sync and mobile The add-on runs on Anki Desktop. AnkiMobile and AnkiDroid cannot run desktop Python add-ons, so new highlights cannot be created there. Highlights created on desktop are stored in the note HTML, so they remain visible on mobile after syncing. Compatibility Tested with Anki 26.05 on macOS. Designed primarily for note types with Front and Back fields. Other note types are supported when the selected text can be matched to exactly one field. Privacy Quick Highliter does not send card content or personal information to any external server.
