Pastes or drags .webm videos into Anki cards as inline HTML5 video elements, configurable via videoHTMLAttributes, but requires disabling the Svelte note editor.
Adds inline audio/video from URLs or local files with FFmpeg conversion, per-element playback controls in reviewer, clipboard insertion shortcuts, and orphaned media cleanup.
Optimizes an Anki AI sidebar companion by freezing idle webviews, speeding ad-block lookups, disabling animations, and adding formatting-safe prompts and navigation.
Wraps grouped fields in an only-one tag so autoplay plays one item, with shortcuts to cycle forward/backward and replay the last audio.
Enables adding and editing Anki notes in extended CommonMark Markdown via editor fields or a separate window, with CodeMirror editing, extensions, and configurable conversion.
Tweaks the built-in HTML editor by prettifying HTML with Beautiful Soup, remapping a shortcut, setting a monospace font, resizing the editor, and disabling last-line cursor loading.
This Anki addon allows you to disable autoplay for HTML tag in the editor and browser.
When editing a card, if a video or audio tag has the autoplay attribute, it can be quite annoying when it plays automatically—especially if it overlaps with previous media while you're repeatedly editing the tag.
To prevent this, we need to ensure that media in the webview, including both the editor and browser, does not play automatically.
This addon helps disable autoplay in the webview.
Install the addon from AnkiWeb or GitHub releases locally.
By default, autoplay is disabled. If you want to enable autoplay again or specific webview, you can do so in the addon settings.
Go to Tools > Disable autoplay in webview
