Batch-speeds up slow Anki card audio by a chosen multiplier, updates card HTML, deletes old files, and syncs across devices.
Assigns decks to specific note types' card types and automatically moves cards into those decks on sync and when new cards are added.
Merges Anki cards while adding them by combining matching fronts or backs and marking updated cards as new, using the X-DupliCard note type.
Reorders new unsuspended cards in a deck by semantic similarity using TF-IDF and medical stop-word filtering, with fast or precise sorting, dependency installation, and Ctrl+Z undo.
Extracts UWorld question IDs from selected Anki browser cards, organizing them by exam type with deduplication, sorting, counts, and copy-to-clipboard.
Makes leech detection more forgiving by counting only lapses within a configurable period, default 365 days, ignoring historical failures and not changing scheduling.
Take control of your leeches and prioritize your study by automatically distributing cards based on their failure rate!
Are you several weeks into your Anki reviews and starting to struggle with the same difficult cards over and over? As exam day draws near, studying your whole deck isn't efficient anymore. You need a 'binning' strategy to separate the easy stuff and focus strictly on your hardest cards.
Karo Magic Again Sorter is a powerful, statistically robust tool that takes the guesswork out of your revision: it identifies your exact weak spots and automatically organizes them so you can tackle your leeches right when it matters most.
This add-on analyzes a selected Superdeck and looks at your Total Agains (the exact number of times you've pressed the red "Again" button on a card, including during the learning phase). It then automatically sorts and physically moves all the cards into 4 new Subdecks (Buckets), ordered from your absolute worst cards to your best ones.
Instead of using arbitrary numbers (like "cards with 3-5 agains"), this add-on uses Rank-Based Quartile Binning. It ranks all the cards in your deck from highest again count to lowest, and splits them into 4 perfectly equal chunks:
βοΈ Compatibility: Fully tested and working on modern Anki versions, including Anki 25.09+ (Qt6 / Python 3.13).

Are you several weeks into your Anki reviews and starting to struggle with the same difficult cards over and over? As exam day draws near, studying your whole deck isn't efficient anymoreβand revising without chapter boundaries can break your study flow. You need a structured 'binning' strategy to isolate your hardest cards within each specific chapter.
Karo Magic Again Sorter is a powerful, statistically robust tool that takes the guesswork out of your revision: it identifies your exact weak spots and automatically organizes them into nested chapter buckets so you can tackle your leeches right when it matters most.
This add-on analyzes a selected Superdeck and examines your Total Agains (the exact number of times you've pressed the red "Again" button on a card, including during the learning phase).
Instead of flattening your entire collection into generic buckets, it preserves your chapter structure and organizes each chapter/subdeck into 4 nested quartile Subdecks (Buckets), ordered from your absolute worst cards to your best ones:

Instead of using arbitrary cutoffs (like "cards with 3β5 agains"), this add-on applies Rank-Based Quartile Binning locally to each chapter/subdeck:

Karo_Orig_*). Clicking "Restore Original Subdecks" instantly returns every card to its original chapter and automatically deletes the leftover empty bucket subdecks to leave your collection spotless.
(The add-on auto-detects your Anki interface language. If your language is not yet supported, it safely defaults to English).
Compatibility: Fully tested and working on modern Anki versions, including Anki 25.09+ (Qt6 / Python 3.10+ / Python 3.13).
