Exports Anki cards to HTML or PDF for printing on paper, with configurable sheet layout and output path, requiring Anki 2.1+ and Chrome.
Exports Anki decks to print-ready PDFs or standalone offline HTML with native rendering, themes, typography, layout controls, subdeck picking, and interactive image viewing.

RealCards is a modern Anki Add-on that enables exporting to PDF/HTML for printing paper flashcards with card-level selection. RealCards is Flatpak-friendly and does not require a separately installed browser to render PDF files.
Currently, this is an initial relase, so there will certainly be bugs. Please be understanding. If you encounter a problem, please file a bug reports, or better yet, contribute!

Manual install
git clone https://github.com/moltencrux/RealCards
cd RealCards
Recursively copy src/realcards to your Anki addon folder
Linux (non-flatpak):
cp -r src/realcards/ ~/.local/share/Anki2/addons21/addons21/
Linux (flatpak):
cp -rT src/realcards/ ~/.var/app/ ~/.var/app/net.ankiweb.Anki/data/Anki2/addons21/

Cards (or right click) -> RealCards -> Export Selected Cards -> HTML/PDFTo export by note
